Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c \u0111i\u1ec7n, \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o ra c\u00e1c v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb th\u00f4ng minh, c\u00e1c chip nano d\u00f9ng trong c\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed. Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c d\u1ec7t may, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano gi\u00fap t\u1ea1o ra c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i v\u1ea3i c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n, ch\u1ed1ng n\u00f3ng. Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c y h\u1ecdc, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano gi\u00fap t\u1ea1o ra c\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb th\u0103m kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, mang thu\u1ed1c v\u00e0 d\u1eabn truy\u1ec1n thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ebfn \u0111\u00edch. Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t bao b\u00ec \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3i th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m, t\u1ea1o ra c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i cho s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nhi\u1ec1u n\u01b0\u1edbc tr\u00ean th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi xem l\u00e0 h\u01b0\u1edbng \u0111i m\u1edbi \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n m\u1ed9t n\u1ec1n n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3, kinh t\u1ebf v\u00e0 an to\u00e0n h\u01a1n (Elizabeth&nbsp;<em>&amp; cs.,<\/em>&nbsp;2018). C\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp c\u1ee7a c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano trong n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p bao g\u1ed3m: ph\u00f2ng v\u00e0 tr\u1ecb c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n b\u1ec7nh do vi khu\u1ea9n, virus v\u00e0 n\u1ea5m g\u00e2y ra tr\u00ean c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng, v\u1eadt nu\u00f4i, b\u1ea3o qu\u1ea3n n\u00f4ng s\u1ea3n, gi\u00fap t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m nano \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 trong ph\u00f2ng tr\u1eeb b\u1ec7nh h\u1ea1i, t\u0103ng n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng, x\u1eed l\u00fd m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c nu\u00f4i tr\u1ed3ng v\u00e0 ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn th\u1ee7y s\u1ea3n (Waleed, 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trong nh\u1eefng n\u0103m g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y, H\u1ecdc vi\u1ec7n N\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 v\u00e0 \u0111ang quan t\u00e2m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec1u nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano trong c\u00e1c l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c tr\u1ed3ng tr\u1ecdt, ch\u0103n nu\u00f4i, th\u1ee7y s\u1ea3n, c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m v\u00e0 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c tr\u1ed3ng tr\u1ecdt, hai h\u01b0\u1edbng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quan t\u00e2m nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano trong vi\u1ec7c n\u00e2ng cao n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u00f4ng s\u1ea3n v\u00e0 ph\u00f2ng tr\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh cho c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng. B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y xin \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c tr\u1ed3ng tr\u1ecdt \u1edf H\u1ecdc vi\u1ec7n N\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ch\u00ednh \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>2.1. \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nano trong vi\u1ec7c n\u00e2ng cao n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u00f4ng s\u1ea3n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>a. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u x\u1eed l\u00fd&nbsp;<\/em><em>AgNPs v\u00e0 CuNPs tr\u00ean rau x\u00e0 l\u00e1ch v\u00e0 c\u1ea3i b\u00f3 x\u00f4i tr\u1ed3ng th\u1ee7y canh<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 ch\u1ec9 ra r\u1eb1ng, khi x\u1eed l\u00fd AgNPs \u1edf n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 8 ppm l\u00e0m t\u0103ng kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng n\u1ea3y m\u1ea7m c\u1ee7a h\u1ea1t x\u00e0 l\u00e1ch (90%) v\u00e0 c\u1ea3i b\u00f3 x\u00f4i (91,67%). Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, x\u1eed l\u00fd CuNPs \u1edf n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 0,4-0,8ppm t\u0103ng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u1ea3y m\u1ea7m c\u1ee7a h\u1ea1t x\u00e0 l\u00e1ch (t\u1eeb 85%-88,3%) nh\u01b0ng gi\u1ea3m t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u1ea3y m\u1ea7m c\u1ee7a c\u1ea3i b\u00f3 x\u00f4i (\u1edf n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 0,8 ppm, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u1ea3y m\u1ea7m \u0111\u1ea1t 53,33%). Vi\u1ec7c x\u1eed l\u00fd h\u1ea1t AgNPs, CuNPs kh\u00f4ng g\u00e2y \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i ch\u1ed3i c\u1ee7a x\u00e0 l\u00e1ch v\u00e0 c\u1ea3i b\u00f3 x\u00f4i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng th\u1ee7y canh, n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 nano c\u00e0ng cao th\u00ec c\u00e0ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a x\u00e0 l\u00e1ch v\u00e0 c\u1ea3i b\u00f3 x\u00f4i. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y, nano b\u1ea1c \u0111\u00e3 th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y s\u1ef1 sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng, ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n v\u00e0 n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a hai gi\u1ed1ng khoai t\u00e2y th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m.
